This blog was initially created for a university assignment. However, whilst writing I found information that I felt needed to be shared with the world. My aim is to improve understanding and potentially help make a shift in the way we understand mental health within our current societies. I do not expect high volumes of people to read this blog but even if it only reaches say 10 people, that's still an influence even if it is only small?
